Elaine Boyden Chief Executive My name is Elaine Boyden and I am the Chief Executive of Advocacy Matters.

Advocacy Matters is a registered charity (no 1091686) based in North Birmingham.  The charity started in April 2002 as a direct response to the Government's White Paper 'Valuing People'.  Click here to see our 2008/9 Annual Report (Warning! this is a large document - please be patient!)

Advocacy Matters aims to provide disabled people with an independent advocate to ensure individuals are heard and their rights, concerns and needs are acted upon.
